| An Association made up of Quality First-Class

major First-Class mailers with the United States Postal Service (USPS).
These interests include USPS rates charged, intervening in USPS rate cases
(when appropriate), and USPS strategy and operational issues such as
delivery standards and mailing systems. |

| Q. | What are the benefits of joining the MMA? |
| Staying informed about USPS strategies and plans.
Ability to provide the USPS feedback on important issues such as postal

partnership with the USPS to provide quality mail at the lowest possible
cost. |

| Q. | I mail other classes of mail in addition to First-Class Mail. Can I still be a member? |
| Yes. You must mail at least one million
pieces of First-Class mail per month.
Otherwise, you can mail any other classes of mail. |
